We have been involved with major corporate recovery and restructuring exercises and have been involved in the largest group debt restructuring in Malaysian corporate history. Our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team works closely with our Corporate and Litigation team to advise on all aspects of rescues, reconstructions, receiverships, administrations, liquidations and insolvencies.

The Corporate Recovery practice also advises on the sale and acquisition of distressed assets including debt.
