See Hua who heads the firm’s corporate restructuring and recovery unit is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, the Supreme Court of Hong Kong and Singapore and has a Masters Degree in Law from Cambridge University.

She brings with her 2 decades of experience in corporate restructuring and recovery work in Malaysia and Hong Kong. She was with the international law firm of Simmons & Simmons and the accounting firm Ernst & Young in Hong Kong for 8 years. During her stint in Hong Kong she was involved in the due diligence and administration of some of the biggest liquidations in Hong Kong’s corporate history including the Bumiputra Finance group, B.C.C.I. and Barings Bank and advised on tax and companies and securities regulations.

In Malaysia, she has worked closely with the asset management company, Danaharta and numerous local and foreign lenders in the recent corporate and debt restructuring of major corporations.
